Engineered and fabricated directly by BAUER using heavy-gauge structural steel frames, single or tandem highway axles, hydraulic surge brakes, and high-clearance suspensions designed for fire service durability.

Features BAUER’s exclusive Diesel/Electric dual-drive system, allowing seamless operation via an on-board diesel engine at off-grid emergency scenes or an electric motor when connected to station utility power.

Equipped with a 2-position CFS 5.5® blast containment fill station, a 4-bank cascade panel, internal mounting for up to four 6000 PSIG storage cylinders, and storage racks for up to 12 SCBA bottles.

Houses operational controls and fill stations behind heavy-duty anodized aluminum roller shutter doors or Hypalon enclosures for weather protection and transport security.

Construction

Multi-Stage Compressor Block: Precision-machined 4 or 5-stage air-cooled block with forced oil lubrication and automatic drive belt tensioning.
Axles & Suspension: Heavy-duty single or tandem axles with hydraulic surge brakes, breakaway actuator, and DOT-compliant LED lighting.
Internal Bottle Racks: Built-in structural steel support framework accommodating up to 4 ASME/DOT 6000 PSIG cascade cylinders and 12 SCBA bottles.

Scope of delivery

Complete Trailer Package: BAUER TCOM trailer chassis, multi-stage compressor block, diesel or dual-drive power unit, 2-position CFS 5.5 containment fill station, and cascade panel.
Air Purification & Monitoring: P-Series purification system with B-SECURUS electronic monitoring, CO monitor, automatic condensate drain, and system pressure gauges.
Certifications & Warranty: DOT road compliance certification, NFPA 1901 containment test compliance, NFPA 1989 air purity validation, and 5-Year Municipal Warranty.
