Materials

Base & Frame: Heavy-gauge 316 stainless steel mounting chassis and drain pan with corrosion-resistant powder coat finish.
Heat Exchangers: Heavy-wall 90/10 Cupronickel (CuNi) outer tube with fluted inner tube (or optional Titanium) for seawater circuit; insulated stainless steel brazed plate or shell-and-tube evaporator for fresh water loop.
Refrigeration Lines: Heavy-wall sealed copper tubing with silver-brazed joints and closed-cell elastomeric thermal insulation.

Construction

Vibration Isolation: Dual-stage rubber isolators mounted beneath Copeland scroll compressors to suppress sound transmission through vessel hulls.
Electrical Box: NEMA 4 equivalent marine control panel housing high/low pressure switches, contactors, capacitor banks, and microprocessor terminal blocks.
Reverse-Cycle Valve: Heavy-duty 4-way reversing valve for high-efficiency heat pump operation in cold sea waters.

Scope of Delivery

Chiller Unit Assembly: Fully factory-charged FM-CW chiller frame with compressor, evaporator, condenser, and internal refrigeration circuit.
Control Package: Digital display thermostat / wall controller, wire harness, and temperature sensors for water loop monitoring.
