Designed for mission-critical 24/7 applications where downtime is not an option, these dual-pump blocks allow one pump to operate continuously while the second pump remains in 100% standby or undergoes maintenance without interrupting system fluid flow.

  • An integrated changeover valve allows smooth switching between Duty and Standby pumps on the fly without shutting down the system or disrupting fuel/lube pressure.

  • Combining two screw pumps, internal piping, and valve manifolding into a single cast body saves up to 50% engine room deck space compared to dual single-pump installations.

  • Built using field-proven KRAL K-Series (DKC) and L-Series (DLC/DS) screw pump cartridges, featuring high-grade SiC mechanical seals, sealed external bearings, and pulse-free flow.

  • Capable of handling viscosities from 1.1 to 7,000 mm²/s and temperatures up to 180 °C (300 °C with Mag-Drive), making them ideal for everything from ultra-low viscosity MGO to heavy HFO burner feed.
