Mid Pressure Systems

are heavy-duty, continuous-duty 24/7 reciprocating compression systems specifically engineered for operation between 350 and 1,000 PSIG (25 to 70 bar).

Purpose-built 2-stage and 3-stage compressor blocks engineered specifically for mid-pressure duty without the thermal and mechanical stress of re-purposed high-pressure units.

Heavy-duty cast iron cylinders, low operating RPMs, and pressurized oil lubrication with spin-on filtration ensure non-stop manufacturing support.

Operates as standalone atmospheric air compressors or as gas boosters accepting pre-compressed air/nitrogen inlets (100–150 PSIG) to elevate pressure efficiently.

B-CONTROL PLC enclosures monitor interstage pressures, oil pressure safety shutoffs, automated condensate drain intervals, and MODBUS system integration.

Automated Condensate Drain: Zero-loss automatic condensate drain (ACD) system with collection vessel and high-level safety sensor.
