Heavy-duty industrial reciprocating compression family structured into 5 distinct physical frame sizes, ranging from bare structural open skids to fully enclosed, sound-attenuated, and climate-controlled industrial housings.

Application

PET Stretch Blow Molding: High-pressure continuous compressed air supply for high-speed bottle blow-molding production lines.
Power Generation & Utilities: High-pressure air and nitrogen for circuit breaker arc quenching (SF6 replacement), turbine starting, and valve actuation.

Materials

Base Skid & Frame: Heavy-gauge structural steel channel base with industrial epoxy primer and topcoat finish.
High-Pressure Piping: 100% rigid heavy-wall stainless steel interconnecting tubing with stainless steel compression fittings.
Cylinders & Intercoolers: Special nitrided or micro-honed cast iron cylinders, stainless steel interstage/afterstage heat exchangers, and nickel-plated high-pressure valve heads.

Construction

Multi-Stage Reciprocating Block: Precision-balanced 2 to 5-stage reciprocating compressor block with pressurized oil lubrication and spin-on oil filter.
Cooling Concept: High-flow flywheel fan assemblies for air-cooled models; shell-and-tube or plate water-to-air heat exchangers for water-cooled models.
Automatic Condensate System: Zero-loss automatic condensate drain (ACD) system with condensate collection vessel and level-sensor shutoff.

Scope of delivery

Complete Compressor Package: BAUER multi-stage block, 3-phase electric drive motor, heavy-duty skid/cabinet frame, and belt or direct coupling system.
Automation & Controls: B-CONTROL PLC enclosure with main disconnect, pressure sensors, emergency stop button, and automatic start/stop pressure switches.
Certifications & Testing: Factory hydrostatic test reports, ASME pressure vessel certification (where applicable), ISO 1217 flow rate compliance, and 2-Year Industrial Warranty.
