Compressor packages represent BAUER’s dedicated ultra-high-pressure compression platform engineered strictly for continuous-duty operation at 7000 PSIG (476 bar).

Built around heavy-duty 4-stage and 5-stage air-cooled compressor blocks engineered specifically to sustain 7000 PSIG (476 bar) continuous pressure without thermal overload.

Offered in multiple motor configurations (7.5 HP, 10 HP, 15 HP, and 20 HP) providing flexible charging rates from 5.0 SCFM to 20.0 SCFM.

Available in space-saving open vertical skid configurations or fully enclosed sound-attenuated cabinets for noise-sensitive fire station environments (<79 dBA).

Features high-capacity BAUER P-Series purification with B-SECURUS electronic moisture monitoring, ensuring air quality compliance with NFPA 1989 and CGA Grade "E".

Safety & Structural Integrity: 4:1 design safety factor on all pressure-containing components compliant with NFPA 1901.
