Unlike brittle malleable iron clips, drop forged saddles undergo hot-grain refinement to withstand dynamic tension, impact, and fatigue loads without fracturing.

When properly installed according to recommended torque values, clip quantity, and spacing, forged clips achieve up to 80%–90% of the wire rope's nominal breaking strength.

Fully hot-dip galvanized (HDG) to deliver long-term corrosion protection against harsh offshore, saltwater, and industrial atmospheric environments.
